This delightful wooden clock allows children to build it by themselves, according to different colour groups, or by hour and minute hand groups.

This resource teaches children the operation of a clock and the sequence of time demonstrated on a normal clock face. After inserting blocks with different numbers or time into the array of sticks to form a complete clock face, children can flip the clock to its back, revealing the colour wheel, whereby each colour corresponds to each ‘time block’.  If they notice there is a disorganisation of colour sections on the colour wheel, it means there is a mistake in the arrangement of sequence of time blocks in front, hence, needs to change the sequence of blocks in order to ‘fix’ the issue.
