Hey Clay - Easter Studio

A little less chocolate, a little more squish! Hey Clay – Easter Studio brings a creative twist to Easter gifting, inviting children to turn soft, colourful clay into seven cheerful characters. It’s a hands-on activity to enjoy together, with the pleasure of making something long after the egg hunt is over.

Using the included sculpting instructions or step-by-step guides in the Hey Clay app, young makers can build their creations from simple shapes. Rolling, pinching and joining the pieces helps each character take form, while experimenting with colours and finishing touches makes every creation feel personal.

There’s meaningful learning tucked into the fun. Working the pliable clay encourages finger strength, fine motor control and hand–eye coordination. Following the sculpting steps offers practice in sequencing, concentration and noticing details, while working out how the pieces fit together gives children opportunities to problem-solve as they create.

Once finished, leave the characters to air-dry and harden, ready to display, give as handmade gifts or inspire a little Easter storytelling. Children can name their creations, imagine an adventure or arrange a festive display to share with the family.

A lovely alternative to another sweet treat, and an inviting project for family craft time or a seasonal classroom activity.

Includes: 14 cans of air-dry modelling clay to make seven characters, two sculpting tools, sculpting instructions and a QR code for the guides in the Hey Clay app. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
