The translucent colours add another dimension to construction play. On a light panel, patterns become vivid and engaging, inviting children to investigate colour, transparency and overlapping shapes.

Create a colourful mosaic, explore a symmetrical design or compare how different arrangements look when illuminated. Without a light panel, the pieces remain a versatile resource for everyday building, sorting and pattern-making.

Joining the pieces gives children opportunities to practise fine-motor control, hand-eye coordination and using both hands together. Deciding where a connector should go, turning it to fit and adjusting a design encourages spatial reasoning and problem-solving.
